Humana seeks a Technology Implementation Lead to translate business strategy into scalable cloud‑first data solutions. You will drive data foundation work, governance, and production‑ready Databricks assets, partnering across IT and business teams.

Strong communication with executive leadership is essential. You will deliver data quality, metadata, and reference data management across the data lifecycle, enabling analytics, reporting, and operations with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field as listed.
• 5+ years’ experience in financial systems or data solutions.
• 2+ years’ experience on Databricks or equivalent cloud data platforms.
• 2+ years’ project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience IT business analysis and artifact development.
• Strong data governance understanding and frameworks.
• Ability to translate requirements into data models and datasets.
• Experience with data foundations like Data Quality, Metadata, or Reference Data.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable, governed data solutions across the full lifecycle.
• Support Databricks development and data asset creation; ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to align with enterprise standards.
• Provide strategic guidance on data foundation priorities and roadmaps.
• Deliver executive‑level updates, recommendations, and status reports.
• Influence system design to meet control requirements and governance.
