Humana Inc. is seeking a Technology Implementation Lead to design scalable data solutions that align with Finance priorities and enterprise data strategy.

You will drive Databricks-based development, data governance, and cloud-first foundations while collaborating with cross-functional teams and executive leadership. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of total experience in financial systems or data solutions.
• 2+ years of experience developing data solutions on Databricks or comparable cloud data platforms.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle, Waterfall, and Agile Development Methodologies.
• Experience in IT business analysis, including artifacts development.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and frameworks.
• Experience translating business requirements into data models, transformations, and curated datasets.
• Experience working with data foundations, including Data Quality, Metadata, or Reference Data Management.
• Experience problem solving and consultation within complex environments; facilitate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and data requirements into scalable data solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead implementation across the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, and operationalization.
• Contribute to Databricks-based development such as table builds and data transformations.
• Partner with IT to ensure readiness for production support and governance compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance by identifying gaps in data foundation capabilities and prioritizing work.
• Perform UAT testing and post-production validation; communicate updates to leadership.
