Job summary
Humana is seeking a Director of Technology Solutions to lead architecture for CenterWell programs and platforms, shaping reference architectures for data, AI, and interoperability. You will drive solution designs across Azure, Snowflake/Databricks, and multi-cloud environments, aligning delivery with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, security, and governance teams to deliver strategic enablement solutions, translating business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of IT experience in architecture/engineering, information security, or related technology field.
- 5+ years of solution architecture in healthcare delivery or payer/provider ecosystems with HIPAA/PHI.
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end solution architecture for Home Health initiatives across systems of experience, operations, and insight.
- Author and maintain reference architectures for data platforms and interoperability patterns.
- Lead governance checkpoints and risk reviews to ensure designs meet guardrails and privacy/security requirements.
