Job summary

Humana is seeking a Technology Implementation Lead to drive scalable cloud-first data solutions supporting Finance and enterprise data strategy. You will lead end-to-end data foundation initiatives across Data Quality, Metadata, and Reference Data Management, leveraging Databricks and other cloud platforms.

You will communicate with executive leadership, guide governance, and align with enterprise standards across IT and business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field; 5+ years in financial systems or data solutions.
2+ years developing data solutions on Databricks or comparable cloud platforms.
2+ years of project leadership experience.
Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
Experience in IT business analysis and artifacts development.
Strong data governance knowledge and ability to translate requirements into data models.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, and operationalization of scalable data solutions.
Drive data foundation capabilities: Data Quality, Metadata, Reference Data Management.
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards and governance policies.
Provide executive-ready updates and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate across data teams and business stakeholders to translate needs into production systems.
