Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems or data solutions.
• 2+ years developing data solutions on Databricks or comparable cloud platforms.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience IT business analysis and artifacts development.
• Solid data governance understanding and practical application.
• Experience translating requirements into data models and curated datasets.
• Experience with data foundations: Data Quality, Metadata, and Reference Data Management.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to present to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into scalable, cloud-first data solutions across the full lifecycle (design, develop, test, operationalize).
• Lead Databricks-based development and governance initiatives in finance data assets.
• Partner with IT and business teams; deliver executive-ready status updates and recommendations.
