Humana Inc. seeks a Technology Implementation Lead to translate business strategy into cloud-first data solutions. You will drive Databricks-based development, data governance, and data foundations while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

The role spans design, development, testing, and production readiness with cross-functional communication to leadership. Strong communicator; experience presenting to executives and managing complex data projects is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance or related technical field.
• 5+ years of total experience in financial systems or data solutions.
• 2+ years of experience developing data solutions on Databricks or comparables.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in IT business analysis and artifacts development.
• Strong data governance understanding and data modeling experience.
• Experience translating business requirements into data models and datasets.
• Experience with Data Quality, Metadata, or Reference Data Management.

Responsabilidades
