Job summary

Humana Inc. seeks a Technology Implementation Lead to deliver scalable data solutions supporting Finance priorities and enterprise data strategy.

The role focuses on cloud-first data foundations, governance, and data assets across Databricks, with emphasis on quality, metadata, and reference data management. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, lead full lifecycle implementations, and prepare executive-ready updates for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience with financial systems or data solutions.
• 2+ years of Databricks or cloud data platform experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in IT business analysis and artifacts development.
• Strong data governance principles understanding.
• Experience translating business requirements into data models and data transformations.
• Experience with data foundations: Data Quality, Metadata, Reference Data Management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
