• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
• Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents to maintain service availability.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders and participate in on-call rotations.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements and assist in onboarding new team members.
