Amazon is seeking a Data Center Technician in Arizona to maintain the heart of our cloud infrastructure. You will install server racks, diagnose hardware and network issues, and assist in incident response to keep AWS services available.

Qualifications

2+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting.
2+ years of L1/L2 networking troubleshooting.
Willingness to work on-call and shift rotations.

Responsibilities

Performing server rack installations and hardware break-fix.
Troubleshooting network issues and responding to incidents.
Serving as primary contact for engineers, vendors and contractors.
Participating in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
Contributing to documentation and process improvements.
