Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• 1+ years of computer networking experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Experience working in a Data Center environment (preferred).
• Understanding of network design, protocols and troubleshooting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform server rack installations, hardware break-fix, and troubleshoot network issues.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance.
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
