Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Data Center Logistics Manager to drive operational excellence in our global infrastructure. Lead teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of milestones across local, regional, and cross-regional scales.

You will coach and develop team members, foster accountability, and balance competing priorities while maintaining security and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience, Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years people management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of operations and on-call support experience in data centers or production facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and objectives to meet customer promises and ensure accuracy.
• Build and execute productivity plans with staffing and forecasts.
• Coordinate timelines with business and customer expectations and meet them.
• Partner with management to maintain quality control standards.
• Remove roadblocks for major initiatives.
