Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. in Fairless Hills, PA is seeking a passionate Data Center Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations for AWS infrastructure.

You will collaborate with Infrastructure teams and stakeholders to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining security and compliance across the logistics pipeline. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain operations and logistics experience
• 4+ years of shipping & receiving, inventory and warehousing practices experience
• 5+ years of work in a management position with 5 or more direct reports experience
• Experience in retail or operations (preferred)
• Experience prioritizing and managing time effectively in dynamic environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Guarantee the organization is running smoothly, ensuring service meets customer needs daily, monthly and yearly.
• Develop performance goals and productivity plans to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Determine timelines that meet business and customer expectations; ensure they are met and aligned with goals.
• Partner with management to establish and maintain quality control standards and remove roadblocks for major initiatives.
• Travel between sites and across the cluster to support needs and ensure program compliance.
