Responsibilities

• Logistics Operations Leader - Guarantee the organization runs smoothly and meets customers’ needs daily, monthly and yearly.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and balancing labor with other managers.
• Determine timelines that meet business and customer expectations.
• Partner with management to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Remove roadblocks for major initiatives.
• Logistics Business Leader—develop team strategies, vision and goals in line with the organization.
• Ensure operational practices comply with legislation and policy.
• Filter information from leadership to teams, supporting recognition and communication programs.
• Logistics People Leader—drive staffing plans, schedules, and performance initiatives.
• Coordinate and maintain team cohesion and growth.
• Support projects beyond day-to-day operations.
• Distribute opportunities fairly; hold regular development meetings.
