Job summary

Amazon Data Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Logistics Manager to lead cross-functional logistics activities, ensure timely execution of operations, and drive continuous improvement across sites in support of AWS infrastructure.

You will develop goals, manage performance and partner with stakeholders to align on delivery timelines. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of logistics operations experience.
• 4+ years of shipping, receiving, inventory and warehousing experience.
• 5+ years in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Guarantee smooth operation of logistics functions and ensure service meets customer needs daily, monthly and yearly.
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promises and maintain quality.
• Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and partnering with other Logistics Managers.
• Determine timelines that meet business and customer expectations and ensure they are met.
• Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
• Remove roadblocks and obstacles for major initiatives.
