Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking an Associate Practice Engagement Manager for the Cloud and Infrastructure Services Practice. This role handles client interfaces, builds an account plan with PEM/Senior PEM, and drives client management per the account plan.

You will manage client relationships, develop a robust pipeline, and present tailored solutions to CXOs, aligning delivery with client objectives and expanding the engagement across data and analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; may consider three years progressive experience in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience with sales/relationship management experience.
• Experience in Cloud Sales including App modernization, Data Modernization and Cloud Foundation, Platform engineering.
• Significant business development and project management experience.
• Track record of interacting with CXO level client contacts and presenting proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and own the opportunity management cycle from prospect to close.
• Drive sales strategy for data and analytics services and identify new business opportunities in a vertical.
• Collaborate with delivery, CTO, marketing, and analytics teams to align client expectations with services.
