Job summary

Infosys invites an Associate Practice Client Partner to lead client interfaces within the Data & Analytics Practice in the United States. You will partner with the Practice Client Partner to shape account plans, nurture client relationships, and drive sales and delivery excellence.

You will oversee opportunity management, engage with C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client strategy and outcomes, while advancing Infosys’ data & analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Track record of interacting with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (visa sponsorship not provided)

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management and business development: build a portfolio, manage the opportunity cycle, and expand revenue
• Client delivery assurance: coordinate with delivery, consulting, CTO Organization, marketing, and analytics teams
• Account planning and governance: create account plans with relationships and opportunities
• Performance tracking: monitor revenue attainment, pipeline growth and report to senior management
