Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a mid-level Practice Customer Engineer with a Cloud AI specialization to accelerate adoption of complex workloads. You will partner with sales to differentiate Google Cloud, write code for prototypes, and address AI-facing challenges, influencing product direction through feedback.

You will collaborate with Platform CEs and engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and accelerate technical wins across enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience with Machine Learning model development or deployment.
• Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks and related patterns.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical win for complex Cloud AI workloads during the sales cycle.
• Provide functional, customer-tailored solutions and prototyping for buy-in.
• Offer deep technical consultative support and build lasting relationships.
• Contribute reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team.
• Document and prioritize customer feature requests with Product/Engineering.
