Job summary

Google seeks a Customer Engineer III, Cloud AI, to lead technical engagements for Cloud AI workloads across multiple U.S. locations. You will craft prototype demos, POCs, and AI-driven solutions in collaboration with sales and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes deep customer inquiry, stakeholder communication, and rapid, practical AI deployments. You will influence product direction with field insights, while delivering high-impact demonstrations and enabling customers to realize AI value on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen) and integrating models via advanced API prompting and RAG.
Experience with machine learning model development and deployment.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
Experience using programming languages to design demos, prototypes, or workshops for customers.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical win for Cloud AI workloads through the customer lifecycle.
Provide tailored, customer-focused solutions and secure buy-in from domain experts.
Offer deep technical consultation and build lasting customer relationships.
Contribute reusable solutions and assets with the GTM team.
Document and prioritize customer feature requests with product/engineering teams.
