Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of cloud native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience selling technical solutions in data analytics or Cloud AI.
• Experience engaging with technical stakeholders or executive leaders.
• Experience with Central America/Caribbean customers.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the adoption of AI and identify opportunities, develop demos and strategy to resolve blockers.
• Combine sales, programming, and solutions architecture to prove value through demos and workshops.
• Architect cross-pillar solutions and define initial delivery plans for customers.
• Facilitate post-sales transition by supporting pricing and handoff to delivery teams.
• Maintain awareness of delivery progress and support cross-functional teams through ramp and deployment phases.
