Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to help SMB customers drive digital transformation and cloud adoption. You will design strategic migrations to AWS, build modern cloud-native solutions, and coordinate with sales, architecture, and partner teams to deliver measurable business value.

You will earn trust across customer organizations, identify opportunities, and establish roadmaps and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with thought leadership and business-case development.
• Experience in enterprise IT, as a vendor, consultant, or with technical programs.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive execution for end-to-end customer cloud journey across IT and business units.
• Identify strategic opportunities, establish roadmaps and program plans.
• Design and execute migrations to AWS cloud and build modern cloud-native solutions.
• Work with sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and partners to solve customer challenges.
• Demonstrate strong customer engagement skills across all organizational levels including C-Suite.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
