Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of related experience in the title insurance or financial services sector.
• Experience with RamQuest closing operations system preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments and closing documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review executed loan documents for accuracy and state closing requirements.
• Scan packages, prepare certified recordables, and file documents.
• Ship executed documents to lenders and borrowers and maintain organization.
• Manage daily workload and track workflow and events in the system.
• Collaborate with Team Lead to resolve post-closing issues and escalations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
