Job summary

Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q in Garner, NC seeks an experienced restaurant leader to manage the closing shift. You will oversee drive-thru operations, ensure nightly shutdown rigor, and uphold high standards of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising closing routines, training staff, and delivering outstanding food and service. The role emphasizes strong communication, upbeat leadership, and the ability to work 40+ hours weekly with some overtime.

Responsibilities

The leader selected will work the closing shift 5 days per week starting between 2-5pm. Fri, Sat, and Sun are expected shifts.

Keep in mind we close at 10pm Sunday–Thursday and 11pm on Friday and Saturday. This role is 40 hours per week or slightly above.

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation up to $20 per hour.


• The latest closing time is 11 pm on Fri/Sat
