Job summary

Workstream is looking for Team Leaders in Snellville, Georgia. As a Team Leader, you'll set daily action plans, coach team members, and ensure a positive guest experience. Full-time and part-time positions are available in a fun work environment that fosters professional growth and learning from experienced leaders. Strong communication and people skills are essential, with prior leadership experience preferred but not required.

Job description

Responsibilities:
- Set daily action plans and set ups in alignment with Quarterly Restaurant goals
- Execute Daily Shift Huddle
- Provide coaching and accountability for Team Leaders and Team Members
- Coordinate Training with Training Director
- Execute daily food safety & quality audits

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
