Chick-fil-A Plainview is seeking a Shift Leader to support senior management and oversee daily restaurant operations on a profitable, fast-paced shift. You will lead team members, model excellent service, open and close shifts, and ensure accountability for each component of Operational Excellence and the Recipe for Service.

Ideal candidates bring a positive demeanor, strong communication, and a genuine desire to serve guests.

A Shift Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s main role is overseeing shifts and team members to run effective shifts . Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

• Full-time and Part-time

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
