This role focuses on getting tasks done to keep the restaurant running smoothly, modeling professionalism, and guiding teammates through our standards of operating excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team

• Count drawers and finalize day

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
