Job summary

Chick-fil-A in the United States seeks a Team Leader who embodies our core values, serves guests with a servant’s heart, and leads by example in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. This role supports senior leadership to run daily operations and coach team members toward excellence.

You will open/close shifts, lead teams, train new hires, and maintain high standards of customer service while fostering a positive, people-focused environment.

• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
• Count drawers and finalize day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
