Chick-fil-A Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a leader to enter a management trajectory after completing training. You will lead day-to-day shift operations, mentor Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant.

This role emphasizes coaching, cost awareness, and adherence to Chick-fil-A standards. Weekly director meetings support development and progression through the ranks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have leadership experience, in a restaurant a plus
• Consistent availability
• Must have availability for five closing shifts per week
• No seasonal opportunities are available

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day shift operations, assigning team members, managing bottlenecks, and addressing guest concerns
• Setting goals for Team Members and coaching toward continuous improvement
• Overseeing daily systems like shift checklists, food safety and quality assessments, and catering preparation
• Stewarding resources by monitoring labor costs and coaching behaviors impacting food cost
• Implement and hold the team accountable to systems that insure quality and customer experience embody Chick-fil-A standards
• Meeting weekly with a Director to set shift goals and personal development goals in a one-on-one
