Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation with a driver's license is required.
• Available to work rotating shifts including Saturdays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests by taking orders, handling cash and payments, and preparing drinks and desserts with friendly service.
• Deliver meals to guests at tables or designated pickup areas with hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms and playground.
• Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. during shift to maintain inventory.
• Lead and coach a team to meet hospitality standards and guest experience.
• Make deliveries as needed.
• Train team members on policies and procedures and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, acting as shift lead and key holder.

Requirements:

• You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license is required

• Be available to work any time including Saturdays- time off can be given for special requests

• Delivering meals to guests at their table or to a designated pick up area, and providing excellent customer service at all times.

• Stock sauces, cups, lids, etc. as needed to maintain throughout your shift.
• Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
• Making deliveries
• Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
