Job summary

Chick-fil-A Daytona Beach is seeking a Night Shift Manager to lead the front-of-house team during evening and closing hours (2:00pm–11:00pm). You will supervise staffing, training, and guest satisfaction while ensuring cash handling accuracy and strict adherence to food safety standards.

The role requires ServSafe certification (to be completed after hire), reliability to close at least four days weekly, and alignment with HEARD guest recovery principles and our mission statement.

Qualifications

• Servsafe Certified (Will complete once hired).
• Is available to Close at least four days per week.
• Complete the Accelerate Leadership Development program (Will complete once hired).
• Is reliable and does not call out for scheduled shifts.
• Understand, model, and execute the HEARD model for guest recovery.
• Have knowledge of and consistently execute our organization’s mission statement and Core Values.
• Understands and helps promote knowledge of the Food Safety 5 and how it applies to their respective area.

Responsibilities

• Leads the front of house portion of the restaurant including staffing, operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Checks in all team members on shift for proper appearance guidelines
• Ensures that all breaks and rotations are handled for the shift, paying close attention to minor labor laws and break scheduling
• Must be proficient at handling and counting cash drawers
• Maintains Speed of Service at or below the established goals and reports results per shift
• Monitor labor productivity and makes adjustments as needed to reach established goals and reports results per shift
• Maintains a clean and safe environment at all times
• Manages call offs and tardies as per store policy
• Completes one food safety audit per shift
• Documents team member infractions
• Works with Catering Director to execute catering orders for the shift
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
