J & J Talent Group is assisting a Miami-based residential homebuilder in finding a Closing Coordinator to manage contract administration for new-construction sales from executed contract through closing.

You’ll work with the Closing Director, coordinating buyers, agents, lenders, and title, and you’ll track deadlines, deposits, and milestones for multiple homes at once. Direct-hire with client; you’ll be paid through the client company.

Qualifications

• You’ve administered residential purchase contracts before. Homebuilder, brokerage, title, or lender experience helps.
• You know how a Florida residential closing works and what breaks it.
• You catch missing details and manage many files without dropping a deal.
• You communicate clearly with buyers, agents, lenders, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and on-the-job learning of builder, CRM, and transaction systems.

Responsabilités

• The contract file: Purchase agreements, addenda, amendments, disclosures. Complete, signed, dated, and filed.
• The calendar: Deposits, financing milestones, document deadlines, closing dates; you see the slip before anyone else does.
• Lenders and title: Loan status, approvals, closing requirements, settlement scheduling.
• Agents and brokerages: Commissions, documentation, what they owe you and when.
• The Closing Director’s picture of every home under contract: what’s outstanding, what’s late, what closes this week.

Closing Coordinator. Miami. Confidential residential homebuilder. Up to $75k per year.

A Miami residential homebuilder has asked us to find a Closing Coordinator for its sales operation. You'd work directly with the Closing Director and run contract administration for new-construction home sales from executed contract through closing. Buyers, agents, lenders, and title all come through you.

J & J Talent Group is a direct-hire recruiting firm in West Palm Beach. You'd be employed by the client, not by us.

What you'll own

• The contract file. Purchase agreements, addenda, amendments, disclosures. Complete, signed, dated, and filed.
• The calendar. Deposits, financing milestones, document deadlines, closing dates. You see the slip before anyone else does.
• Lenders and title. Loan status, approvals, closing requirements, settlement scheduling.
• Agents and brokerages. Commissions, documentation, what they owe you and when.
• The Closing Director's picture of every home under contract: what's outstanding, what's late, what closes this week.

What you bring

• You've administered residential purchase contracts before. Homebuilder, brokerage, title, or lender. About two years is where this starts to make sense.
• You know how a Florida residential closing works and what breaks it.
• You catch the missing initial on page four.
• Several homes and buyers in motion at once without losing one.
• Clear and professional with buyers, agents, lenders, and leadership. Written and spoken.
• Microsoft Office. You'll learn the builder, CRM, and transaction systems on the job.
• Homebuilder experience is a plus. [Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.]
