Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales contracts and addendums
• Maintain necessary sales reports and records
• Daily communicate with lenders, sales team, home buyers, and managers
• Maintain proposed change orders, correspondence, and similar record logs as needed
• Obtain and distribute expected closing dates from Construction management; Update stages of completion and actual closing dates to sales staff
• Prepare closing packages
• Set up closings and coordinate home orientations with home buyers
• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner. Determine the purpose of calls and forward them appropriately.
• Work alongside third-party relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, and trade partners
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle special administrative projects and overflow work from the department, as needed
