  • Processes change orders, price modifications, sales releases, and ratifies Addendum Change Orders in enterprise management software (Mark Systems) on the same business day received.
  • Monitors new community openings and initial community closings to ensure standardized operational procedures are established.

  • Tracks and accounts for buyer sales incentives, maintains the projected closings spreadsheet, and calculates quarterly agent bonuses.
  • Prepares and reconciles weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc closing reports for Operations and Executive leadership teams.
  • Administers enterprise management software and transaction databases, continually identifying opportunities to automate workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks.
  • Supports administrative functions regarding building leases, HOA creation, CCR implementation, promissory notes, lot purchase agreements, and Notice of Completion recordings.
