Job summary

Betenbough Homes seeks a closing support professional to guide homebuyers through the closing process with empathy and clear, proactive communication. You will collaborate with the homebuilder and escrow officer to open orders, manage calendars, and ensure timely updates, while building warm relationships throughout the journey.

The role emphasizes delivering a personalized, seamless closing day and coordinating with the builder to craft a memorable experience for each buyer.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing customer-focused support through closing processes.
• Familiarity with title industry workflows and terminology.
• Experience using Qualia software for closing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide homebuyers through the closing process with clear communication.
• Collaborate with homebuilder and escrow officer to manage orders, calendars, and timely updates.
• Build relationships with homebuyers and team members throughout the closing journey.
• Enhance the closing day experience by coordinating with the builder for a seamless close.
• Partner with escrow officer to complete files from start to finish.

Role Overview

Collaborate with and guide home-buyers through the home closing process with excellent communication and empathy supporting a seamless closing experience.

Core Functions

• Guide each home-buyer through closing process with empathy, urgency, and diligence.
• Collaborate with homebuilder and escrow officer to ensure accurate and efficient order opening, calendar management, and diligent, timely communication
• Throughout the closing journey, form relationships while enthusiastically and warmly communicating with homebuyers and team members.
• Continually enhance the closing day experience by collaborating with home-builder to create a personalized, memorable, and seamless closing day for each home-buyer.
• Partner with the escrow officer to see a file through from start to finish, adapting and pivoting as needed to serve homebuilder and homebuyer with excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Experience in the title industry
• Qualia software experience

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Office environment
• Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
• Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
• Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds.

Hours and Schedule

• Average 40 hours per week (8am-5pm, M-F).
• Travel is occasionally required.
