Hudson Stonegate Team, powered by PLACE, is seeking licensed Colorado real estate agents to join a growth-focused model in the Denver area.

Agents gain access to team-generated opportunities, including assigned leads and a large database of buyers and sellers, with a path toward 1–2 closings per month and beyond.

We offer coaching, CRM/technology, scripts, marketing support, transaction coordination and mentorship in a flexible work model.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license required.
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply.
• Previous real estate production is not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Professional, responsive and comfortable following up with prospective clients.
• Open to coaching, feedback and learning new systems.
• Able to work independently as a 1099 real estate professional.
• Willing to affiliate with Keller Williams Preferred Realty if selected.
• Motivated to build a consistent, sustainable real estate business.

Responsibilities

• Represent residential buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process
• Respond promptly to assigned buyer and seller opportunities
• Build relationships with prospective clients and convert opportunities into active business
• Conduct buyer consultations, property showings and listing appointments
• Prepare, present and negotiate contracts and offers
• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
• Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate records in the team CRM
• Develop personal sphere, referral, database and self-generated business
• Utilize available coaching, training, transaction coordination, marketing and administrative support
