Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Systems Engineer, Legal Systems in San Francisco to build and scale the contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal tech ecosystem, with a primary focus on Ironclad. You will partner with Legal, Legal Operations, Finance, Sales, GTM, Procurement, Security, and IT to design, implement, and optimize scalable, compliant systems and workflows.

Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM and contract workflows.
- Experience with system integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations workflows.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Ironclad CLM workflows, templates, and permissions.
- Collaborate with Legal Ops to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design end-to-end contract workflows from intake to renewal.
- Build integrations between Ironclad and ERP/CRM systems.
- Create reports and dashboards for contract visibility and compliance.
- Maintain security, data governance, and access controls.
- Support data migrations and feature rollouts.
- Produce documentation and training for users.
- Stay updated on Ironclad updates and CLM best practices.
