Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a CLM Contract Administrator to join a large non-profit healthcare organization, supporting development and maintenance of CLM standards, templates, workflows, and governance.

The role works with legal, procurement, and business stakeholders to ensure standardized language and approved processes that drive efficiency and compliance.

This is not a negotiation role but a crucial enabling function to promote consistent contract management across markets and functions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in CLM, legal operations, procurement, or related fields.
• Experience creating or maintaining templates, SOPs, playbooks, or governance docs.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with workflow-driven systems and business processes.
• Ability to collaborate with legal, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise CLM standards, policies, and governance documentation.
• Create and manage contract templates, playbooks, and approved clause language.
• Define preferred language, fallback language, and escalation requirements for commonly negotiated terms.
• Partner with legal and business stakeholders to ensure templates and clause libraries remain current and compliant.
• Support process standardization initiatives across markets, regions, and business functions.
• Own and maintain enterprise playbooks, template libraries, and supporting documentation.
• Document approval workflows, user guidance, and procedural standards.
• Ensure contract-related communications and templates align with approved organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and improve user experiences within CLM processes.
