Shift4 is seeking a Contracts Manager—Global Templates to own the health, accuracy, and consistency of the global template library across jurisdictions and languages. You will lead change requests, coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and regional leaders, and ensure smooth implementation across CLM, e‑signature, and customer‑facing pages.

The role blends legal drafting, project management, and operations, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contracts management, template management, or legal operations.

Responsabilités

Own the global template library, track variations, translations, and approval status across jurisdictions and languages.
Draft and revise contract template language to ensure consistency and defined terms.
Manage outsourced translation vendors and ensure translations stay current and legally equivalent.
Work with IT and systems teams to implement changes in CLM, e‑signature, and document generation platforms.
Collaborate with Marketing and web/content teams to update customer‑facing pages and embedded terms.
