Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC seeks a remote CLM Tool Administrator on a contract-to-hire basis. You will administer and optimize the CLM platform, configure templates, clauses, and workflows, and ensure governance and compliance.

You will partner with Legal, Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, IT, and business teams to deliver reporting dashboards, analytics, and reliable contract processes. This role reports to the Program Manager and requires 3+ years of CLM/ERP experience, plus a CLM

Qualifications

• Experience with CLM platforms (Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, SAP Ariba Contracts, Sirion).
• Understanding of contract management, procurement, and legal processes.
• Workflow and business-rule configuration experience.
• Experience managing permissions, security, and master data.
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboard development.
• 3+ years of CLM, ERP, procurement systems, or contract administration experience.
• CLM platform administration certification (e.g., Icertis Academy certification).
• Experience supporting integrations between CLM and ERP systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Administer CLM platform, governance, and templates.
• Manage users, roles, and security; onboarding.
• Configure workflows, metadata, and master data.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, IT and business teams.
• Develop reporting dashboards and data extracts.
• Support testing and releases with implementation partners.
• Provide user support and track issues.
