Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Administrator to own the CLM platform, ensure compliance with management processes, and maintain an auditable contract repository. You will design workflows, develop AI-enabled playbooks, and collaborate with Legal and Commercial Ops to strengthen governance.

You will coordinate access, dashboards, and KPIs while driving continuous improvement and system readiness across GRPS contracts in a global setup.

Qualifications

Experience administering Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and hands-on configuration of workflows, approvals, dashboards or reports.
Familiarity with structured processes, risk frameworks and technology-enabled business solutions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM systems; experience with Ironclad and/or SFDC is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of the CLM platform as the primary business owner.
Design, build, and maintain CLM workflows, intake forms, contract workflows, approval flows, and escalation paths.
Configure dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track contract status, risk exposure, cycle times, and obligations.
Coordinate user access, roles, permissions, and onboarding for CLM tools.
Develop and enhance AI-enabled playbooks and clause guidance in collaboration with Legal and Commercial Operations.
Maintain an auditable contract repository and support compliance with GRPS contracts.
Act as the go-to contact for CLM issues, enhancements, and change requests with IT and vendors.
