Job summary

Shift4 Payments, LLC is seeking a Contracts Manager - Global Templates to own and govern the template library across jurisdictions and languages. You will coordinate changes, draft revised language, and lead cross-functional alignment with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Marketing.

The role requires 3+ years in contract operations, strong organizational skills, and experience with CLM systems, translations, and e-signature platforms. Equity and growth opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in contracts management, template management, or legal operations.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in contract administration or contract drafting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the global template library as a system of record and version control.
• Triage change requests from multiple stakeholders and secure sign-off before drafting.
• Draft and revise contract language to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Manage translation vendors and ensure non-English versions remain current.
• Work with IT to implement template changes across CLM, e-signature, and customer pages.
