Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time Clinician in Training to join a motivated team in a center-based setting for children with autism. The CiT role provides hands-on training under a BCBA mentor, with responsibilities spanning caseload sharing, programming updates, and client progress reporting.

Open Monday–Friday, ages 2–9, with a structured three-phase training sequence and ongoing professional development opportunities within a collaborative, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Analyst role designed to be mentored by an experienced BCBA.
• Minimum supervision hours requirement specified as part of CiT training.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with an experienced BA and act as a mentor and coach.
• Assist with PS tasks related to shared clients and create learner materials.
• Assist in CST for new hires entering the pod.
• Assist with BICs as assigned by the BCBA.
• Support ongoing integrity checks and training BTs on new programming.
• Assist with monthly progress reports.
• Attend parent meetings and prepare materials for meetings and trainings.
• Create and update charts and data sheets following shared consult.
