Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinician in Training to join a center-based therapy team dedicated to transforming lives of children with autism. The CiT will work under a BCBA mentor, share a caseload, and participate in hands-on training to accelerate client progress through supervised tasks and program updates.

The role operates in a center during weekdays, with a focus on learning through shadowing, small-group coaching, and family collaboration.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Behavior Analyst role designed for CiT training under a BCBA mentor.
• Shadowing phase with non-billable tasks and team training.
• 1650 supervision hours accrued during progression toward licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Share a caseload with a mentor BA to accelerate client progress.
• Create and organize therapy materials for learners on caseload.
• Assist with programming changes and data sheets under BCBA guidance.
• Participate in parent meetings and training material preparation.
