Job summary
Open Sky Community Services seeks a licensed clinician or licensure candidate to join our team in Massachusetts. You will provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic support across residential, community-based, and supportive settings.
Collaborate with care coordination partners, conduct individual counseling, lead treatment planning meetings, and participate in on-call rotations. We offer competitive pay, supervision, and tuition/licensure reimbursement to support your growth.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in social services or related field required.
- Licensure or licensure eligibility in one of the listed professional tracks.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with care coordination partners and healthcare providers to ensure integrated support.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations and service providers.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions, facilitate support groups, and lead treatment planning meetings.
- Provide clinical consultation and training to the interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in on-call rotation and critical incident reviews.
