Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking clinicians to join the Clinician Compass Program and progress toward BCBA certification, with comprehensive onboarding and mentorship.

You will work under BCBA supervision, gain hands-on fieldwork, and access study support, supervision hours, and dedicated resources to advance your ABA career, while enjoying flexible scheduling and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program.
• Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Must be within 6-12 months of being ready to sit for BACB Exam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance.
• Provide parent education and conduct assessments to ensure client progress.
• Mentor behavior technicians and help implement treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities across a dynamic caseload.
