Job summary

Autism Learning Partners in Winston-Salem, NC seeks aspiring BCBAs to join our Clinician Compass Program. Work under BCBA supervision, gain fieldwork, mentorship, and paid exam prep as you progress toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, ABA, or related program.
• 2–3 years of experience in ABA.
• 6–12 months from BACB Exam readiness.
• Fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment Physical Exam; employer paid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client programs under a BCBA.
• Provide parent education and progress assessments.
• Mentor behavior technicians and support treatment plan implementation.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties.
