Autism Learning Partners is seeking dedicated clinicians to advance through our Clinician Compass Program and accelerate the path to BCBA certification. You’ll work under BCBA supervision, gain data-driven experience, and contribute to families across clinics and homes with flexible scheduling and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience with ABA data collection and programming software.
• 2–3 years of field experience in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under BCBA guidance.
• Provide parent education and conduct assessments.
• Mentor behavior technicians and support treatment plan implementation.
