Qualifications

• Master’s degree required or enrolled in related field.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Experience with data collection software and programming.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate client programs under a BCBA.
• Mentor behavior technicians and support treatment plan implementation.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties as caseload evolves.
