Qualifications

• Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
• 2-3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience using data collection software and programming for ABA
• Fingerprinting, TB test, pre-employment physical required (paid by ALP)

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in the Clinician Compass pathway, including paid fieldwork activities and mentorship
• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and ensure client progress
• Mentor behavior technicians and support treatment plan implementation
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities and manage a dynamic caseload
