Qualifications

• Mentorship and supervision experience.
• Experience with clinical problem solving and goal writing.
• Familiarity with telehealth assessments.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in Clinician Compass pathway, which includes paid fieldwork activities, small group trainings, and monthly mentorship sessions to support growth.
• Supervise and evaluate client programs, educate parents, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure client progress under supervision.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians in learning and applying treatment plans.
