Job summary

Autism Learning Partners is seeking aspiring BCBAs to join our Clinician Compass Program. You’ll receive structured supervision, paid exam prep, and support to advance toward BCBA certification.

The role includes onboarding training, fieldwork activities, and mentorship to help you grow with a flexible schedule. We offer strong incentives, including paid supervision hours, study support, and an annual conference.

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s degree or be enrolled in a related program and be within 6–12 months of BACB exam readiness.
• 2–3 years of experience in ABA field.
• Experience with data collection software and programming for behavior analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise client programs under BCBA guidance and conduct assessments to support progress.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians, helping them implement treatment plans.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory duties to manage a dynamic caseload.
